Outstanding Burgers!

I recently visited the Pegasus bar at River Palace Hotel and was blown away by their custom burgers! As a burger lover, I can confidently say this is the best place in Atyrau to enjoy a burger. You get to choose everything from the type of bread to the meat and garnishes. It’s a great way to find your perfect burger, and it was flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend trying one if you’re staying here!

Spacious and Clean Rooms

Great for Business Travel

River Palace Hotel is ideal for business travelers. The amenities are great, and the environment is conducive to work. Breakfast begins at 7 am, allowing for early meetings, alongside excellent room service options up to 11 pm. This hotel has truly catered to all my business needs during my stay.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, which is popular among business travelers due to its riverside location. The rooms were generally clean, but I had issues with the air conditioning being insufficient, and the heating in the room was way too high. The breakfast offered a good variety, and I appreciated the nice rooftop pool, but service could be improved, especially with food timing. Overall, it’s not the best, but it’s fairly comfortable for a business trip.
